O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of Labour Court Presiding Officer in C.P.No.59/2020 and quash the order dated 06.02.2023 and consequently, direct the respondent to pay the difference of salary of Sales man to the petitioner from that of packer from 2002.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the remedy otherwise under law for the very same cause of action.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. In case, if any such proceedings are initiated, the time spent during the pendency of the Writ Petition shall stand excluded while computing the period of limitation.
