ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.180 of 2012 dated 05.12.2012 and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.180 of 2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
