ORDER

This is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.The allegation in the complaint is that the fifth respondent who is stated to be working as a Head Constable in Vallioor Police Station, came along with other police officials, trespassed into the house of the petitioner. When the petitioner was not available at home, they threatened his wife and children and they are also trying to implicate the petitioner in a false https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case, so stating that the petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 22.04.2016 to the second respondent.

4.It is alleged that the second respondent is expected to give sufficient protection to the petitioner herein. 5.In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 22.04.2016 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
