Criminal Original Petition (MD)No.6848 of 2014 is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and ensure all the safety measures to the petitioner and his family members by way of securing the respondents 3 and 4.

ORDER

Crl.O.P(MD)No.7709 of 2016 has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.48 of 2014 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. 2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires

four months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.48 of 2014.

4.Accordingly, Crl.O.P(MD)No.7709 of 2016 is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7709 of 2016, Crl.O.P(MD)No.6848 of 2014 is closed.
