RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to grant 3 days temporary release of the detenu by name Kuttai Murugan @ Murugan, aged 38 years, S/o.Alagu, now confining as "Drug Offender" at Madurai Central Prison under Preventive detention by the order passed by the Respondent No.2 in vide his order in Cr.M.P.No.15/D.O/2020 dated 06/09/2020 for attend the third day funeral ceremonies of his beloved mother by name Karupayee, aged 71 years, wife of Alagu forthwith. Prayer in Habeas Corpus Petition(MD) No.

780/ 2020 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in Cr.MP.No.15/D.O/2020 dated 06.09.2020 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Kuttai Murugan @ Murugan, S/o.Alagu, aged 38 years, now detained as "Drug Offender" at Madurai Central Prison before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forhtwith.
