ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner and that the second respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.

3.There is no representation for the petitioner, when the matter is called today. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).
