(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition with a grievance that notwithstanding his representation dated 19 February 2014, follow up action was not taken by the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 3 to 5 in respect of the Highway and its road margin adjoining his property in S.No. 737/2 in Bommayagoundanpatti in Allinagaram.

2.We direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19 February 2014 after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 5 as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 19 February 2014 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent so as to enable the said authority to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
