O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ Mandamus directing the respondent to remove the electricity poles planted in S.No.334/1A situated in Koothadivayal Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Though very many contentions have been raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the respondent to consider his representation, it would suffice.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the averments made in the writ petition, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:

The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the respondent along with necessary documents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
