O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Complaining the non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.01.2022, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, has produced the proceedings of the District Collector in Na.Ka.C2/767/2022 dated 17.04.2023, wherein the District Collector, Sivagangai, has passed orders rejecting the claim of the petitioner that the land in Survey Nos.137/12, 137/12 and 137/13 are not shown as waterbodies in the Village 'A' Register. It has also been stated that on verification, it is found that the lands remain as agricultural land and have been cultivated.

3. The above would show that there is a substantial compliance with the directions issued by this Court. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed with
