PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.14/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 20.03.2021 in C.C.No.337 of 2021, on the file of Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, for the alleged offence under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii) (C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.14 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays direction to the Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.337 of 2021, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, ie., from 20.03.2021, the learned Additional District Judge, Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.337 of 2021, within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
