This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for committing contempt for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1141 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor would submit that the order of this Court dated 23.01.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.1141 of 2023 has already been complied with.
