Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

The grievance of the petitioner herein is that despite being an interested party in the proceedings and also in view of the specific orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1474 of 2025 directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners' application, dated 17.12.2024 made by the petitioners therein to be disposed of after hearing all interested parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the orer, the petitioner in the present writ petition is not being afforded reasonable opportunity.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.1474 of 2025 would submit that he has no objections for the petitioner herein being heard before passing final orders and he has also invited the attention of this Court to Paragraph No.6 of the order in W.P(MD)No.1474 of 2025, where there is specific mention that the petitioners therein and the respondents 3 and 4 would be heard in the said writ petition and all interested parties would also be heard 2/4

and therefore, he would submit that there can be no impediment for the petitioner to put forth his objections.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent herein to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein, before disposing of the application of the petitioners in W.P(MD)No.1474 of 2025.
