ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been field to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondent Police wanted to enquiry the petitioner since a women missing complaint has been given and the same has been taken on file in Crime No.222 of 2018. 3.If the respondent Police intends to enquire the petitioner, necessary summons shall be issued to the petitioner and enquiry shall be conducted in the presence of lady constable. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
