ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue him with the No Objection Certificate in respect of his land comprised in Survey No.6/1A1, Ellis Nagar, Ponmeni Village, Madurai measuring about 0.04 acres of land.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the proposal is pending before the second respondent and therefore, within the time stipulated by this Court, the second respondent will pass orders.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the request of the petitioner seeking No Objection Certificate in respect of his land comprised in Survey No.6/1A1, Ellis Nagar, Ponmeni Village, Madurai measuring about 0.04 acres of land within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
