issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from locating or opening any TASMAC retail shop near S.Kodikulam Bus Stop on the Alagarkovil Main Road, Madurai.

2.Heard Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and the fourth respondents and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents.

3.The petitioner has made a representation dated 23.10.2018, whereas, he has filed the writ petition before this Court on the very same day. However, we are not inclined to dismiss the writ petition on that ground. Hence, we direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2018 and take appropriate steps within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
