This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to take possession of the building situated at Trichy District, Trichy Town, Woraiyur, Big Sowrashtra Street, Door No.68, in the light of the order made in C.R.P(MD) No.1683 of 2012 on the file of this Court dated 28.11.2019.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, undertakes to give necessary police protection for complying with the order passed in C.R.P(MD) No.1683 of 2012, dated 28.11.2019. The said submission is recorded. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
