ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondent to grant permission to lay a pipe line to one survey number to another survey number.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the order, dated 24.07.2020 whereby the petitioner's request has been rejected. A copy of the said order was also circulated to the petitioner's counsel.

3.It is for the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law. Nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. With this liberty to challenge the rejection order, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
