ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 26.06.2021 in C.C.No.389 of 2021, on the file of Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, for the alleged offence under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii) (C) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.357 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.389 of 2021, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 3.Considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, ie., from 26.06.2021, the learned Additional District Judge, Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
