Victim Prayer: Criminal Appeal filed under Sections 14 A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016 to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 30.08.2018 made in Cr.M.P.No.3291 of 2018, on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.32 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police by allowing this Criminal Appeal.

J U D G M E N T
Heard Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.G.Bhagawat Singh, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

triple murder case. This Court had opportuned to peruse the case records as well as the final report and found that serious overt act is attributed to this petitioner who has caused serious injury to one of the victims. Further from the counter filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds that this petitioner has few other criminal cases pending against him which are very grievous in nature. If this petitioner is released on bail, certainly, his presence will cause apprehension in the mind of the victim as well as the witness.
3. This Criminal Appeal stands dismissed accordingly.
