O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate actions and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2024 and 24.02.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against one Paneerselvam and others for the offence of cheating, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the representations of the petitioner and the same were closed after conducting enquiry on 08.07.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the respondent police and the 4th respondent police also admitted the receipt of representations of the petitioner and the same were closed after enquiry. Today, the copy of closure report is also served to the petitioner. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report, in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the above, this petition is closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
