O R D E R

The Writ Petitiion has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner's Association to stage Dharna (Aarpattam) near Palai Market Thidal, Tirunelveli at 04.00 p.m., on 14.12.2015 based on the petitioner's petition made to the respondents herein dated 01.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. In the last occasion i.e., on 14.12.2015, Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the place suggested by the petitioner's Association to stage Dharna (Aarpattam) near Palai Market Thidal, Tirunelveli, is not feasible and therefore, requested two days time for getting further instruction from the respondents.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Muruganandham, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that an alternative place and date has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sugged by the respondents to stage Dharna (Aarpattam) and the same has also been accepted by the petitioner's Association.

5. In view of the above, no further orders is required, as the relief sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
