RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition No.8(iii) imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21067/2018 vide its order dt 03.01.2019 as as and when required by the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAMUEL GUNASINGH.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHIKUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21067 of 2028, dated 03.01.2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court.

CRL MP(MD) No.5856 of 2022 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the condition No.8(iii) already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21067 of 2018 dated 03.01.2019 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required for interrogation".
