Heard Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (civil side) appearing on behalf of the third respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for the limited relief of demarcation and subdivision of the petitioner's property comprised in S.F.No.370/25 measuring 0.3.75 Ares situated at Venkaikurichi Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner has made an application on 09.03.2025 for such demarcation and subdivision. The petitioner only seeks for expeditious disposal of the said application. 2/4

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition and in view of the fact that patta No.136 stands in the name of the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 09.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
