(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the second respondent has filed an undertaking affidavit. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has no objection in recording the undertaking given by the second respondent and closing the writ petition.

3.In view of the same and recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the second respondent, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the undertaking affidavit and sketch shall form part of the records. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD) Nos.1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
