ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District to dispose the CC No.72 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.72 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
