O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife Vijayalakshmi before this Court from the illegal detention of the third respondent and set her at liberty.

2. Today, the petitioner and the detenu appeared before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu informed that she is willing to go with the petitioner. However, the petitioner would state that the detenu left the matrimonial home about seven months ago and presently living with the third respondent and he is not in a position to take the detenu with him. The detenu admits that she is now living with the third respondent.
