Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T. SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 07.05.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4860 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4860 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] to the credit of The Third Order of Saint Francis of Assissi Sisters Society - Bishop Aelen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
