[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.S.Rengasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2.This writ petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 12.03.2021, passed in Cr.M.P.No.509 of 2020, by the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur.
3. As admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner an appeal has been filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, on 05.05.2021, as against the impugned order, which is yet to be numbered and S.R.No.3511 has been assigned. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he should pursue the matter before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

W.P(MD)No.10094 of 2021 3.Since the petitioner states that the case is yet to be numbered, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to number the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest ( SARFAESI), appeal filed by the petitioner on 05.05.2021, if it is otherwise in order and list it for hearing as early as possible, preferably, within a period of one week from today (i.e. 15.06.2021).
4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
