The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to effect patta transfer in the name of the petitioner based on compromise decree passed in S.A.Nos.1610 and 1611 of 1989, dated 09.07.2002 on the file of the Principal Seat.

2. The petitioner has made an online application on 30.11.2024 seeking transfer of patta.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's request is based on compromise decree given effect before this Court in the second appeal proceedings, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 30.11.2024, in accordance with law after hearing all the interested parties and pass final orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
