This petition has been filed, praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and not to harass the petitioner till the disposal of O.S.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on the complaint pending against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
