ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue badge license to the petitioner by entertaining his online application No. 1105661925, dated 18.03.2025.

2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner, seeking to issue a badge license, submitted an online application dated 18.03.2025. However, as it has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not uploaded all the relevant documents along with the online application. However, if the petitioner uploads the necessary documents, his application will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to upload all the necessary documents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such documents, the respondent shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate

orders in accordance with law, within two weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
