retail crackers license No.LNOL COP/TIN/11/2007-2008 with or without any condition for the further period from 11.11.2015 to 31.03.2016 and still further period without insisting upon the provision of emergency exit to do the cracker business in petitioner's shop No.52B-T.M.Building, Tirunelveli Junction by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 19.11.2015 or otherwise within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3.W.P(MD)No.22422 of 2015:- K.Ramesh retail crackers license No.COP/TIN/13/2007-2008 for the further period from 11.11.2015 to 31.03.2016 and for still further period without insisting upon the provision of emergency exit to do the cracker business in petitioner's shop No.179, West car street, Tirunelveli Town, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 19.11.2015 or otherwise within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4.W.P(MD)No.22423 of 2015:- S.Palaniappan retail crackers license No.COP.L.No.78 for the further period from 11.11.2015 to 31.03.2016 and for still further period dehors that

the entrance of the shop is only 4.6 feet, to do the cracker business in petitioner's shop No.319, West car street, Tirunelveli Town, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 19.11.2015 or otherwise within a time frame fixed by this Court.

5.W.P(MD)No.22424 of 2015:- L.Sethuramalingam retail crackers license No.TIN/30/2007-2008 for the further period from 11.11.2015 to 31.03.2016 and for still further period without insisting upon the provision of emergency exit and to fix the electric meter outside the shop to do the cracker business in petitioner's shop No.227, Tiruchendur Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli by considering the petitioner's written representation dated 19.11.2015 or otherwise within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. In all these Writ Petitions, the respective Writ Petitioner seeks for renewal of their retail crackers license for a further period, based on their respective representation, dated 19.11.2015.

3. Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider and decide as to whether the respective petitioner is entitled to get renewal of his license or not. Therefore, this

Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners. However, as the representations/applications are stated to have been made seeking for renewal of license as stated supra, I only direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
