RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in CRL MP (MD)No.466/2021 in CRL OP(MD) No. 15022/2020 dated 25.01.2021. PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.466 of 2021 IN CRL OP(MD)No.15022 of 2020: To modify the condition originally imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15022/2020 dated 17.12.2020 to stay at Palani and sign before the Town Police Station both in the morning and evening and permit the petitioner to stay at Chennai at Raja Annamalaipuram and sign before the police at Raja Annamalaipuram until further orders from this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.G.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.4518 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
