Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14 A(2) of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, to call for the records relating to the order dated 10.06.2020 made in Cr.M.P.No.936/2020 on the file of the Ho'nble the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Tirunelveli and to set aside the same and release the appellants on bail in connection with Crime No.244 of 2020 on the file of the respondent. ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Sasikumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.4191 of 2020 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 18.06.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.192 of 2020 dated 18.06.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
