Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that one Subramanian has filed a Public Interest Litigation before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P(MD) No.9188 of 2025 and as per the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, both the parties are directed to appear before the Tahsildar tomorrow i.e.10.04.2025. Since the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has seized of the matter, no further orders required to be passed by this Court. The learned Government Advocate has also not disputed the above said facts. Therefore, since the Hon'ble 2/4

Division Bench of this Court has seized of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this case. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
