The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant, has approached this Court that the case has been charge sheeted in the year 2022 is still pending trial before the trial Court. Therefore, the Petitioner filed this Petition seeking direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.247 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case is posted for trial on 06.05.2024 for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.4.

3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

4.
