Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to enquiry notice vide Na.Ka.P6/14913/2013 dated 02.04.2013 r/w the order dated 08.08.2013 vide Na.Ka.14913/2012 (P6) passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same.

Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is of the view that no further order with regard to the relief sought for in this writ petition, viz., modification of the Paragraph No.12 of the order, is required.
