ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed to call for the records relating the order dated 28.01.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.16 of 2026 in S.C.No. 570 of 2025 on the file of the Learned District and Sessions Judge, Communal Clash Cases Court, Madurai and to set aside the same.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is Accused No.7 in S.C.No.570 of 2025 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Communal Clash Cases Court, Madurai. The petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.16 of 2026, before the trial Court under Section 72(2) of BNSS, for recall of warrant. The trial Court had recalled the warrant issued against the petitioner with conditions. Challenging the first condition imposed by the trial Court, to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cash security within three days for his due appearance, this petition is filed.

3. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the trial Court had passed an order dated 28.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.16 of 2026, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as cash security within three days for his due appearance, making it clear that if he remained absent even for a single hearing, causing hindrance to the progress of the case, the cash deposit of Rs.25,000/- will be confiscated to the State and the bail will be cancelled. The same has been passed only to ensure the speedy disposal of the case. Hence, this Court do not find any de-merit in the order passed by the trial Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. No costs.
