Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to grant parole for a period of 10 days to the petitioner's brother - in - law named Sathyan S/o. Balaraman who is a life convict prisoner now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli for attending serious illness of his wife named Saraswathi based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.3014.

O R D E R

There was no representation for the petitioner, on the last occasion, when the matter was called on 16.10.2015. Today also there is no representation. However, as the petitioner seeks for mandamus for grant of parole for a period of ten days and when such prayer was made in the month of March 2014, I do not find anything survives for consideration of this Court based on the above relief sought for in the writ petition.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the relief sought for in the petition, as it is considered that the relief has become infructuous. However, it is open to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner to make fresh request if there is any fresh cause of action for doing so and if any such request is made, it is for the

authority to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
