Common Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No. 5557,5559,5560 and 5562 of 2022:- These Criminal Original Petitions filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai Dt. 08.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 1112 ,1012,,1177 and 1098 of 2022 directing the petitioners shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Polic Station daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00pm for 30 days thereafter they shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police Thideer Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 am until further orders. ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.R.Venkatesan, Advocate for the Petitioner in all Petitions and of Thiru.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the respondent in all Petitions, this Court made the following order:

These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos. 5557,5559,5560 and 5562 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
