O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report as

contemplated u/s.173(2) of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.19 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case was registered on 23.03.2023. The victim has died and they have collected phone conversation and sent it for Regional Forensic Laboratory for voice test and depending upon the report, the final report would be filed. He further submits that 7 witnesses are sofar examined and a document is collected.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
