This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take departmental action against the fourth respondent for abusing his power as per law within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2.
The Writ petitioner seeks action against the fourth respondent alleging that in collusion with the accused, the fourth respondent wrongly preferred a Final Report upon his complaint registered as Crime No.04/2015 dated 20.01.2015 as Mistake of Fact. The Government Advocate submits that as a Special Sub Inspector of Police, the fourth respondent was the Station House Officer of the concerned police station and filed a Final Report in this case on the basis of his investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
