The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.06 of 2017 dated 05.01.2017 for offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506 (ii) IPC.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, final report has been filed on 18.09.2018.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
