ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.12.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC, in Crime No.360 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.12.2015, the petitioner along with two other persons snatched Rs.10,000/- and mobile phone from the defacto complainant at the knife point. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner and his friends standing nearby Railway Gate and the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and they took the signature in the blank papers and remanded to judicial custody.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases and the case is posted today for examination of P.Ws.1 to 3 and this Court by the order dated, 18.04.2016 dismissed the petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6455 of 2016. Now there is no change in circumstances.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also this Court already dismissed the bail application on 18.04.2016 and there is no change of circumstances, I https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
