Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the impugned order dated 16.05.2017 bearing Lr.No. Rc.No. 3357/MM9/2016 and quash the same, consequently forbearing the 2nd respondent from cancelling the order of the Lease issued in Na.Ka./M1/10666/2015 dated 11.04.2016 in respect of the Lands in S.No. 806 of Karumluam Village, Radhapuram Taluk of Tirunelveli District.
