Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 r/w section 439(1) (b) of Cr.P.C to Modify the condition imposed by the Principal Session Judge, Madurai dt 17.03.22 in Crl.M.P.No.1319 of 2022 in regarding with directing the petitioners shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the inspector of Police Usilampatti Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00pm for 30 days thereafter the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police Thideer Nagar Police Station daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
