The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 06.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made an application for survey on 06.01.2025 and also given a representation on 07.02.2025 and seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's survey application dated 06.01.2025 and representation, dated 07.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be 2/4

carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
