O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This writ petition is for removal of encroachment in Survey Nos. 172, 171/2, 171/3, 675/31, 157 of Reddiyapatti Village, Pandhapuli Panchayat, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The writ petitioner has given representations dated 30.06.2015, 20.07.2015 and 14.09.2015 in this regard.

2.Earlier when the writ petitioner issued an eviction order for removal of the encroachments, the same was set aside in WP(MD) No.9129 of 2015. This Court permitted the competent authority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to proceed in the matter in accordance with law. The second respondent is the competent authority. He has not taken any action. Hence, this writ petition.

3.This Court directs the second respondent to enquire into the matter and take action in accordance with law for removal of the encroachment in question.
