*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 6 in public pathway in Village Survey No.814/6 of Maruthampatti Village, Karaiyur Post, Ponnamaravaathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is a discrepancy between 'A' Register and the Field Map and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

necessary correction would be made and thereafter, appropriate action would be taken to remove the encroachments.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to undertake the aforesaid exercise, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after putting the respondents 4 to 6 on notice. No costs.
