This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the third and fourth respondents and return her money based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2024 sent to the respondents 1 and 2. 2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 6 before the second respondent, but no action was taken. Thereafter, she sent the representation dated 15.03.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Hence this petition. 2/5
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed on 26.03.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.Since the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed on 26.03.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved.
